Tips for Parents

Your child will be more successful when you:

• Listen to your child play regularly to show your support (much like attending soccer games)
• Encourage your child to set the daily goal of playing the assignment correctly several times rather than setting a certain time limit
• Have appropriate equipment and materials with which to learn (see Musical Tools For Success below)
• Communicate regularly with the teacher (e-mail Ms. Anne)
